Operation Process:
Initial State: Reset the ejection cylinder and load the mold.
Program Start: Initiate the injection molding cycle.
Mold Closure: Close the mold quickly, then lock and pressurize.
Injection: Inject the molten rubber into the mold cavity.
Curing & Exhaust: Apply pressure and allow the rubber to cure while exhausting excess air.
Mold Opening: Open the mold after curing.
Product Ejection: Eject the finished product using the ejection cylinder.
